1. 2-piece Collection

For this project I designed and created a 2-piece mini collection from concept to finished constructed products.

I've researched a theme of my personal interest, which was mainly the Acceptance and powerfulness of nature's growth by taking it's place back by outgrowing some manmade/urban areas. I then developed a full research of primary and secondary resources related to it. From then on I started exploring and developing textiles, different materials and possible designs.

For the final collection I created a knit dress made of 15 different knit pieces hand-sewn together and an organic shaped Tote-like bag using embellished fabric and knitted straps.

I had the amazing opportunity to professionally photograph my pieces at a studio in LSAD campus the Technological University of the Shannon.
